It is when education is no longer through timetabled lectures but rather in self-paced online Universities. It is disruption when children no longer learn from just their family environment but imbibe values from the global space. Disruption is a rude and loud wake up call to re-evaluate strategies, to re-engage with others and re-align ourselves to what is relevant.
